Shipping & Returns
Shipping charges are not included in our pricing. Please place your order in the "Shopping Cart" to view shipping charges.
StandScan makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. Orders for in-stock items placed on business days are generally shipped in 1-2 working days. If there is a problem with your order you will receive an e-mail within one business day to advise you about the situation.
StandScan ships worldwide. There maybe some destinations we are unable to ship to. If that is the case, we will advise you before making shipment and your payment will be refunded.
A signature is often required for shipments upon receipt. Someone must be at the address to receive the package and sign for it. Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up.
Damaged / Missing Items upon delivery
Damaged in delivery: If you've found damage to the package or if merchandise is missing, please keep the original shipping carton and contact us immediately so we can issue a damage claim with carrier. Please don't return the merchandise without going through these steps, as it delays the replacement of the order or the issuance of a credit.
Missing items: All missing items claim must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, contact us to report a missing item from your shipment.
International tax and duty: International shipments are subject to import fees, duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches their country, in addition to the brokerage fees/custom clearance charges which may be imposed by the carrier. These charges must be borne by the recipient. StandScan has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.
Due to high International shipping costs and taxes and duty fees, we cannot ship any order that includes backordered items. We will hold the order until all items are in stock and available to ship. Please contact us if you wish to cancel or change these items.
If an international shipment is refused and/or returned, any taxes, duties, custom fees, brokerage fees or shipping charges incurred from this return, will be the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchange
Returning an Item
At StandScan, we strive to make our customers' return process hassle free. As all returns must meet our guidelines, please review our full Return policy carefully.
- Returns must be made within the time limit specified in our Return policy.
- Returned products must be in brand new condition and have all original manufacturers packaging, materials and accessories.
- Securely package the product you wish to return within an outer box, do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer's packaging.

Return Policy: For the first 15 days of your purchase you may return the merchandise for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges, Simply download and fill out the Return Merchandise form All returns must meet our guidelines.
Returned or exchanged products must be in brand-new, mint condition, and have all original manufacturers packaging, materials and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards.
Merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. The original manufacturer's labeled packaging should be enclosed within an outer shipping box. Please do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer's packaging.
Securely package the product and include the filled out Return Merchandise Form and a copy of the original invoice.
Ship the parcel back to us freight prepaid. We do not accept COD or freight collect shipments. We recommend a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance.

Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned will have our standard shipping charges deducted from refund or credit. The return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to us) is not refundable.
Please allow up to 8 business days after we receive the package for your return/exchange/refund to be processed. An email confirmation will be sent to you once the return is processed.
Important Note for international customers: Please mark the item as "VENDOR RETURN" to avoid duties and customs.
